I am working on a 2000 Chrysler 300M (VIN: 2C3HE66G7YH106307) and I am trying to program the Sentry Key Immobilizer Module (SKIM) which I just replaced.  I am following these instructions from AllData:
    1. Turn the ignition ON (transmission in park/ neutral).
    2. Use the DRB and select "THEFT ALARM", "SKIM" then MISCELLANEOUS.
    3. Select "SKIM MODULE REPLACEMENT (GASOLINE)"
    4. Program the vehicle four-digit PIN into the SKIM.
    5. Select "COUNTRY CODE" and enter the correct country.

NOTE : BE SURE TO ENTER THE CORRECT COUNTRY CODE. IF THE INCORRECT COUNTRY CODE IS PROGRAMMED INTO SKIM, THE SKIM MUST BE REPLACED.

    1. Select "UPDATE VIN" (the SKIM will learn the VIN from the PCM).
    2. Press "ENTER" to transfer the VIN (the PCM will send the VIN to the SKIM).
    3. The DRB will ask if you want to transfer the secret key. Select "ENTER" to transfer secret key from the PCM. This will ensure the current vehicle ignition keys will still operate the SKIS system.
However, I can't get past step 4.  I have triple checked the PIN with our local dealer but the Maxisys keeps saying it's an invalid PIN.

Can the Maxisys even do this operation?  The menu options are there.

It is the correct procedure and pin code, the only thing missing is the drb3, the maxisys won't do it.
